Planning Commission Meeting Notice

Please be informed that a formal variance application has been submitted to Warsaw Township by Bryan Eggum seeking approval for the construction of a replacement garage. The address for the garage is: 390 385th Street, Dennison, MN 55018. You are receiving this notice of a public hearing because construction of this shed does not meet the front yard minimum setback of sixty (60) feet from any right-of-way lines. The variance application if approved, would authorize Bryan Eggum to replace the garage adding additional square footage.
In compliance with the Warsaw Township Ordinances, a public hearing will be held by the Township Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 at 6:00, for the purposes of viewing the property and will reconvene at 7:00 at the hall for public comments, presentation by property owners and deliberation. The commissioner will call the meeting to order at the hall at 6, and then go to the property for viewing, then resume the meeting at the hall at 7 in the Warsaw Town Hall located at 4020 County Road 9, Dennison, MN 55018. At that time the applicant will appear and adjoining property owners may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of this proposed permit. Residents may also submit comments or concerns in writing as well. Also continued review of county ordinances will be discussed at this meeting.
The hearing of this request is not limited to those receiving copies of this notice. If you know of any affected property owner who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing.
