AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE WARSAW TOWNSHIP ZONING CODE;
At its meeting on November 14th, 2022, the Town Board adopted Ordinance No. 2022-7,
amending and updating the township zoning code. The amendments and updates made include
(1) revisions of dates and minor language modifications throughout, (2) Chapter VI (Requests
and Procedures) was entirely replaced with new language, (3) Chapter VII was modified and
new language added; (4) Chapter 8, Sections 2 and 3 (Mineral Extraction) were completely
replaced with new language; (5) Chapter X, Section 3 (Enforcement) new language was added to
provide for the process of enforcement taken by the Township for violations of the code. A copy
of the full ordinance is in the Goodhue County Public Library, is posted on the Town’s website,
and is available by contacting the Town Clerk.
